Bookings:•cruises require a minimum 10% deposit at the time of booking and full payment at least 3 weeks prior to departure. Failure to pay deposits and full fees in time can result in the booking being automatically cancelled. Your consultant will give you full details of deposits and final payments on each booking
Payment Options:•Payment can be made by Credit Card (Amex/Mastercard/Visa and Bankcard) or via EFTPOS from your savings or cheque account. Cheques are only acceptable where Holidays on Sale receive them 7 working days prior to payment being due. Bookings will not be confirmed until your cheque has been processed and cleared by the bank. Please note that some travel companies/airlines will not accept Bankcard and your consultant will advise you of this. Please note that credit card fees of 1% apply for the use of Visa/Mastercard and Bankcard and that fees of 2.5% apply for the use of Amex.

•All quotes, travel bookings and the issuing of travel documents are undertaken by Integrated Travel Services Pty Ltd.•Integrated Travel Services Pty Ltd does so under license to Cruises On Sale through its New Zealand based company Integrated Travel Services (NZ) Ltd.•The Australian licensee is a registered travel agent (2TA 5308) and registered with the Travel Compensation Fund (TCF). Date Changes:•Some cruises are unable to be changed without incurring heavy penalties. Your consultant will inform you at the time. Some cruises can be changed but result in higher charges. Once again your consultant will inform you. For cruises where dates changes are permissible and available we will charge you a $30 fee person to implement the changes. Please note that these fees are charged by Additional fees may be charged by the airline/travel wholesaler.
Cancellation: •Many of the holiday specials that are available do have substantial cancellation fees imposed by the airlines and/or travel wholesaler. Your consultant will advise you of these fees. In addition to cancellation fess imposed by the airlines and tour wholesalers imposes a $150 per person cancellation fee . We strongly recommend that you take travel insurance at the time of your booking which can assist in alleviating all or part of the cancellation fees. •Please note that Airlines and Tour Wholesalers can take up to 6 weeks to process cancellation refunds

•Nearly all domestic air tickets are now “e tickets”. Your consultant will confirm this. You will simply be required to present your photo ID at check in to receive your Boarding Pass. International Air Tickets will be a mixture of “e tickets” and “paper tickets”.•We will post all tickets and travel documentation out to you via registered mail or express post at no charge.•For booking made within 7 days of departure we will forward to these to you via courier at a fee of $15.00.•Tickets can be personally collected from our office at Suite 5 , 40 Yeo St Neutral Bay, Sydney NSW. Tickets can be collected between 9am -5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am.

Where the Agent is liable to you under these terms and conditions its liability will be limited to providing the relevant booking services again or to refunding money paid in relation to services not provided because of the Agent’s default. Where refunds are due to you from third party suppliers of travel products or services, the Agent will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such funds from those suppliers. Under no circumstances will the Agent be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.

Travel Specific Terms & Conditions

1. Fares & Prices
Airfares and prices displayed when booking online or on this site do not include air taxes or airport charges and are subject to Airline/ provider availability. The general booking form constitutes a request only and we do not guarantee fares or prices until the booking has been confirmed by one of our consultants and paid for. Airline/hotel/car availability, fare conditions and class of travel can change at any time. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Taxes, airport charges and any additional costs will be advised to you when your booking is confirmed.

2. Booking Acknowledgement
Acknowledgement of your booking request will be sent via e-mail or telephone call within 48 hours of your request being received. Please ensure you check your e-mail regularly. Payment must be received within 72 hours of booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed by us the agent. Failure to pay for tickets within this time results in automatic cancellation of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to automatic cancellation or failure of e-mail delivery.

3. Travel Documentation
Passport, Visa and Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travellers. Passports are required for all travellers departing Australia. Permanent residents travelling on a foreign passport must hold an Australian Re-entry Visa. Many countries require that foreign nationals entering hold a passport with at least six months validity. We will assist in providing information based on the information supplied by you in the booking form or booking engine. This information as well as other related information supplied by the Agent and any links within the site are supplied in good faith; however should be treated as a guideline only. The final responsibility for ensuring documentation is correct is that of the individual traveller. The posting of travel documentation is the responsibility of We will express post documents to you once we have all the relevent and payment from you. If you require a courier, we can organise that for you at an additional cost. The agent will not be held responsible for tickets lost by a third party, any charges associated with reissue and resending of documentation will be at your expense.

4. Liability
We cannot accept responsibility for any travel service, rules and conditions that are incorrectly represented within this system. The data and services shown are provided in good faith and ‘as is’. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or services provided and to the maximum extent permitted by any law disclaimer all implied warranties in connection with such data or services. In no event shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any display within this site.

5. Booking Cancellation and Amendment Charges
Certain fees may be payable in respect of transactions entered into using the Service, as notified at the time of the relevant transaction. These fees may include cancellation fees and, where amendment is permitted, amendment fees. In some cases, Agents may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers. Unless otherwise notified to you at the time of entry into the relevant transaction, a charge of $150 is payable to the Agent in respect of any cancellation, and, where amendment of a booking is permitted, your first amendment is free, then a charge of $30 is payable to the Agent for each permitted amendment. Before entering into a transaction, you should carefully check to see whether any other cancellation or amendment fees apply. These charges will be deducted from your credit card at the time charges are incurred.

6. Travel Insurance
It is recommended that all travellers obtain travel insurance against cancellation or amendment fees as well as providing sufficient medical cover.

7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions has the authority and the right to at any time it sees fit to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions.
